This website is operated by Sweet Spirit Leatherworks, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet Spirit Leatherworks, LLC. Sweet Spirit Leatherworks, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is currently hosted on Tailor Brands, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Placing an order
Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name, delivery address, telephone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
When you place an order with us online you will be taken through a secure checkout process and up to the point at which you click on 'Place Order' on the final page of the checkout process you are able to add/amend/delete any items that you have placed in your basket.
(Please note that the colors of items made are as accurate as the website allows, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.)
When you place a custom order via social media or through the "Contact" page we will request your name, billing/shipping address, and email address. We accept secure payments via PayPal. Custom orders are welcome, and a 50% deposit is required to hold the spot in the queue, and then the final 50% +shipping is required upon completion of the project. An estimated timing quote will be presented when contacted about the project as to when it can be started, and then once the project details are finalized an estimated completion time frame will be given. A project, once begun, can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete. Updates with photos and/or videos will be sent at various points of assembly of the custom item.
Delivery
It can take 1-7 business days to get items shipped out once the order is confirmed/completed, as I am a one-woman show. I will do everything in my power to ensure a timely ship out of completed orders.
Custom orders will be shipped out once the Final Invoice is paid via PayPal.
Shipping is done via USPS or UPS at this time,
Returns & refunds
Custom made items are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the item. If there is any dissatisfaction with the end product, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there is dissatisfaction with an item purchased through this site, an email must be sent explaining the situation of dissatisfaction. Shipping fees are currently non-refundable. If an item is sent back, it must be returned in the original condition at the expense of the customer, and will have a 20% restocking fee. A return and refund will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to process.
Of course, I am hoping that everyone will love what they receive and returns/refunds will not be necessary!
Returns, refunds and exchanges have 15 days from the package being shipped.
