OUR SERVICES

Tack Repair

The Process

  • 1. Send Inquiry

Forward a message and provide information as to what repair you're looking to have done.

  • 2. Consultation

To fully understand the scope of necessary repair, an assessment is done. Local appointments are conducted in person, and any out-of-area repairs are assessed via photos. This is when all recommendations are given to ensure safety of the final repair, along with a proposed timeline to get the piece on the bench.

  • 3. Authorize Repair

Once terms are accepted, local equipment enters our care and out-of-area items are shipped to the workshop. Updates are sent the moment your project is ready for inital progress on the bench.

  • 4. Project Completion

When the work at the bench is finalized, you will be notified that your piece has been repaired. We will then coordinate an appointment to get the tack back into your hands, or arrange for shipping for out-of-area clietns to return the items directly to you.

Something to Consider

Repair times are subject to the available schedule lineup, and once the repair project starts it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete depending on the type of service. I will do my best to accommodate any time constraints, but timing cannot be guaranteed due to outlying sources outside of my control.
