The Process

  • 1. Send Inquiry

    Forward a message and provide information regarding your vision for your bespoke project.

  • 2. Consultation

    Discussion of leather type, desired colors, thread color, hardware material, sizes and measurements are done at this stage. Once the complexity of the project is figured out, a timeline is given for a potential completion date. 

  • 3. Project Start

    Once the specifications are finalized, an invoice is sent via PayPal for a 50% deposit. Updates are sent the moment your project is ready for progress on the bench.

  • 4. Project Completion

    When the work at the bench is complete, notification of your project will be sent and an invoice for the final 50% payment will be sent. When payment is complete we will then coordinate an appointment to get the new bespoke piece into your hands, or arrange for shipping for out-of-area clients to ship the item directly to you.

Something to Consider

Work times are subject to the available schedule lineup, and once the project starts it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete depending on the scope of the project. I will do my best to accommodate any time constraints, but timing cannot be guaranteed due to outlying sources outside of my control.
